    Este artículo busca identificar cuáles son las amenazas en seguridad y defensa en el contexto del multidominio criminal y terrorista actual. Para ello ofrece un recorrido desde comienzos del siglo XX hasta hoy por la evolución de la guerra a través del surgimiento de los nuevos dominios: primero el dominio aéreo y luego el espacial y ciberespacial, sumados a los tradicionales dominios terrestre y marítimo. Luego se hace un análisis documental de la definición de nuevas amenazas y las decisiones en defensa y seguridad adoptadas al respecto por organismos multilaterales. Se evidencia la aceleración de los procesos vitales a partir del dominio aéreo, lo que impulsó la mutación de amenazas cada vez mayores que convergen hoy en el ciberespacio. El desafío es anticipar, contener, negar y disuadir las nuevas amenazas en un marco complejo de transformaciones.

    This article aims to identify the security and defense threats in the context of the current criminal and terrorist multi-domain by reviewing the evolution of warfare from the beginning of the 20th century to the present, examining the emergence of new domains: the air domain and the space and cyberspace domains, in addition to the traditional land and maritime domains. Then, a documentary analysis identifies the new threats and defense and security decisions adopted by multilateral organizations in this regard. Finally, it evidences the acceleration of vital processes from the air domain, which has encouraged the mutation of ever greater threats converging in cyberspace today. The challenge is to anticipate, contain, deny, and deter new threats in a complex framework of transformations.
