Resumen de El directori inquisitorial de Pere d'Albalat i Ramon de Penyafort: estudi, edició i traducció

• The short text Consultationes per dominum Petrum, archiepiscopum Terrachonensem, de consilio peritorum circa modum procedendi in negocio inquisicionis heretice pravitatis (‘Consultations made by lord Pere, Archbishop of Tarragona, with the advice of experts, on how to proceed in the inquiry of heretical perversity’) is an inquisitorial guide written during the second half of 1241 by the Archbishop of Tarragona Pere d'Albalat with the advice of Ramon de Penyafort. In this work we provide for the first time a critical edition of this text with the collation of all manuscripts (by Stefano M. Cingolani), a translation into Catalan (by Robert Álvarez Masalias), and an introductory study contextualising its authorship, date, and place of publication (by Sergi Grau Torras).
