  • In 7th June 1992 it was gone into force the first law of residues. Since the start of the "controlled waste management", the level of technical landfill construction has been steadily developed, during 21 years. The Technical Guidelines about Urban Residues, which were ratified last year, contain specific requirements in order to reach a good level of the landfills` subsoil and the creation of the impermeable base of these landfills. In the landfill of Burghof in Ludwigsburg, Germany; these principles have been considered and they have been completed by a leading project.
