  • There is in a country of Navarra a program about the urban solid wastes management, based on recycling and compost. All the wastes produced there, are treated in the Centre of Waste Management in Carcar. This centre has been designed in order to transform and recover so much waste as it is possible. This purpose is possible due to the system of collection and the cooperation of the citizens in the waste separation.
