  • The management of Special Wastes has changed in connection with the economical development. The economical activity in developed countries in the last decades has produced a considerable increase of Special Wastes -which production is joint to the manufacturing and the waste of sophisticated wares- and also their complexity because of the use of a lot of new substances, which at the end of their cycle of life become Toxic and Hazardous.
