Since ancient times human being produces wastes. Due to the demographical growth, cities development and the increase of the consume, waste generation has multiplied. This production, compound? with domestic and municipal wastes ,. reaches in developed countries values of 1 kg. per person/day. Till two decades, these wastes were collected in sanitary landfills where there was no adequate control or they were thrown to the rivers or other places, which received the name of illegal sanitary landfills.
