Calidad de vida laboral en operarios de mantenimiento mecánico automotriz

    En esta investigación se identificaron los niveles de satisfacción de la calidad de vida en el trabajo percibida por operadores de mantenimiento mecánico automotriz que laboran en el Distrito de Cartagena de Indias. En el estudio descriptivo-analítico de corte transversal se aplicaron dos instrumentos a 65 trabajadores de mecánica automotriz: uno para las variables sociodemográficas y el test CVT-Gohisalo. El paquete estadístico utilizado fue SPSS. Entre los resultados se encontró que se encuentran satisfechos para las dimensiones de seguridad en el trabajo, integración en el trabajo, bienestar en el trabajo, desarrollo personal y ad-ministración del tiempo libre. En cuanto al soporte institucional y satisfacción por el trabajo se consideran vulnerables. Se requiere aplicar estrategias o intervenciones que motiven a los trabajadores de mantenimiento mecánico automotriz a alcanzar los objetivos personales y empresariales; además, incentivar el crecimiento académico, la capacitación permanente, la supera-ción personal y la administración del tiempo libre.

    The levels of satisfaction of the quality of life at work perceived by automotive mechanical maintenance operators who work in the District of Cartagena de Indias in the Colombian Caribbean were identified. The study is descriptive-analytical of cross-section, in 65 auto mechanic workers. Two instruments were applied. One for sociodemographic variables and the CVT-GOHISALO Test to measure quality of life at work. The statistical package used was SPSS. Results: In the dimensions of Safety at work, Integration at work, Well-being at work, Personal development and Management of free time, the workers are satisfied. The dimensions of Institutional Support and Job Satisfaction are considered vulnerable. It requires the application of strategies and / or interventions that motivate the automotive mechanical maintenance worker to achieve personal and business objec-tives; encourage academic growth, permanent training, personal improvement and free time management.
