  • This is the second part of two papers that summarize the proposal of the "Plan de Gestión de Residuos Especiales de la C.A.P.V" (Plan about the management of special wastes I the Basque Country). The environmental policy of the Basque Government about the waste production is directed to three basic points: Plan about the management of special wastes, abou inert wastes and soils. Generally speaking these plans are complemented when the objective I to give a solution to the insufficient management of industrial wastes.
