La representación de atrocidades y las dimensiones liminales del derecho a la verdad en la justicia transicional colombiana

    El objetivo de este trabajo es analizar las implicaciones metodológicas para el registro de crímenes atroces en tanto materialización del derecho a la verdad en contextos de transición a la paz. Desde la experiencia colombiana, se identificarán sus dimensiones liminales en el Sistema Integral de Verdad, Justica, Reparación y No repetición. La tensión entre los hechos, el relato y los escenarios judiciales/extrajudiciales donde se gestionan, implica tomar distancia a quien se atreve a registrar atrocidades, ubicarse en un espacio de pensamiento que le permita preguntarse “cómo sucedieron estas cosas”. De esta manera se describirán los dilemas que el campo produce en torno al esclarecimiento de los hechos y el conocimiento de la verdad bajo el imperativo de acceder a herramientas que permitan entender, registrar y dar a conocer las narrativas con las que se ha hecho la guerra en Colombia.

    The objective of this work is to analyze the methodological implications for the recording of heinous crimes as a materialization of the right to truth in contexts of transition to peace. From the Colombian experience, its liminal dimensions will be identified in the Comprehensive System of Truth, Justice, Reparation and Non-repetition. The tension between the facts, the story, and the judicial / extrajudicial scenarios where they are managed, implies taking distance from those who dare to register atrocities, place themselves in a space of thought that allows them to ask themselves “How did these things happen”. In this way, the dilemmas that the field produces around the clarification of the facts and the knowledge of the truth will be described under the imperative of accessing tools that allow us to understand, record and make known the narratives with which the war has been made in Colombia.
