Resumen de Cooperación Internacional para el Desarrollo y Estrategias Nacionales para el Cumplimiento de los ODS. Aproximaciones a los casos de Colombia y Chile

La Cumbre del Milenio en el año 2000, inicia un proceso de definición de metas y objetivos globales de desarrollo que se ratifica en el año 2015 con la aprobación de la Agenda 2030 y sus Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible. En este contexto, resulta necesario ampliar y cualificar la literatura que profundice acerca de las estrategias o mecanismos adoptados al interior de los países de cara al cumplimiento de las metas pactadas. De este modo cabe preguntarse: ¿de qué manera los países se preparan a nivel interno para favorecer el cumplimiento de los ODS? Para averiguarlo, este trabajo tomó los casos de Colombia y Chile. A partir del método cualitativo, se analizan las experiencias de ambos países en cuanto: (i) el fortalecimiento de las relaciones de cooperación internacional y (ii) el alistamiento institucional interno.

The 2000 Millennium Summit started the process of defining global development goals. This intention was ratified in 2015 with the approval of the 2030 Agenda and its Sustainable Development Goals. In this context, it is necessary to broaden and qualify the literature about the strategies or mechanisms adopted within the countries in order to fulfill this Goals. In this way, it is worth asking: in what way do countries adjusted to these commitments? Based on the qualitative method, this paper examines the cases of Colombia and Chile, through the analysis of two specific processes: (i) the strengthening of international cooperation and (ii) the internal institutional reinforcement.
