    Con la realización de este trabajo se busca analizar la relación entre el Comportamiento del Contagio de COVID-19 y la pérdida de empleos en la Ciudad de Sincelejo, entre Marzo de 2020 a Marzo de 2021, a partir de datos obtenidos de fuentes secundarias como el DANE y el Instituto Nacional de Salud-INS. Se propone el análisis mediante una modelo de correlación de Pearson, se estima la relación existente entre las variables analizadas. Los resultados estiman cierta relación positiva y proporcional, lo que explica que las medidas restrictivas tomadas por las Administraciones Locales y Nacionales para controlar el contagio deprimen en cierta medida el empleo de la Ciudad de Sincelejo.

    With the completion of this work, the aim is to analyze the relationship between the Behavior of COVID-19 Contagion and the loss of jobs in the City of Sincelejo, between March 2020 to March 2021, based on data obtained from secondary sources such as the DANE and the National Institute of Health-INS. The analysis is proposed using a Pearson correlation model, the existing relationship between the analyzed variables is estimated. The results estimate a certain positive and proportional relationship, which explains that the restrictive measures taken by the Local and National Administrations to control contagion depress to a certain extent the employment of the City of Sincelejo.
