    El presente artículo centra su foco de interés en las sinergias compartidas entre el Derecho y la Literatura a través de un estudio reflexivo sobre los derechos y las libertades fundamentales del ser humano presentes en la obra Primavera con una esquina rota. La concepción del Derecho en la Literatura permite al lector observar cómo una obra literaria, sus personajes y sus tramas pueden ser examinadas mediante una interpretación jurídica. En este sentido, los personajes y las situaciones de exilio interior y exterior que viven constituyen el germen fundamental donde se sustenta la discusión sobre los derechos y las libertades fundamentales del ser humano.

    This article focuses its interest on the synergies shared between Law and Literature through a reflective study on the fundamental rights and freedoms of the human being present in the literary work Primavera con una esquina rota. The conception of Law in Literature allows the reader to observe how a literary work, its characters and its plots can be examined through a legal interpretation. In this sense, the characters and situations of internal and external exile that they live constitute the fundamental seed on which the discussion about the fundamental rights and freedoms of the human being is framed.
