En las presentes líneas hacemos una aproximación a la reciente sentencia del TJUE que dirime sobre el conflicto entre el laudo arbitral y la sentencia judicial, entre estados miembros distintos, a efectos de determinar la prevalencia de una sobre otro en el asunto relativo a la responsabilidad civil de la entidad aseguradora en el triste siniestro del Prestige.

In the following lines we make an approach to the recent judgment of the CJEU that settles on the conflict between the arbitration award and the court judgment, between different member states, for the purpose of determining the prevalence of one over the other in the matter relating to the civil liability of the insurance company in the sad Prestige incident.
