    En este trabajo investigativo se abordan aspectos relacionados con la capacitación metodológica de los ejecutores directos del Programa Educa a tu hijo, al considerar que existen limitaciones, en este orden, que afectan el desempeño de los interesados. Su objetivo se enmarca en el diseño de acciones para la capacitación metodológica de losejecutores directos de dicho Programa, en el interés de mejorar la estimulación psicomotriz de los niños de 0-1 año de vida. Las tareas previstas para cumplir con la investigación se desarrollaron en el municipio de Las Tunas, en la provincia de igual nombre, con la participación de 100 personas que cumplen las funciones de ejecutores directos del referido Programa. La valoración empírica de las acciones para la capacitación metodológica dirigida a los ejecutores directos del Programa Educa a tu hijo, a partir de los resultados de la aplicación de los diferentes métodos, técnicas einstrumentos permite inferir la pertinencia y viabilidad de la propuesta. La información fue sometida al correspondiente procesamiento estadístico. Los resultados obtenidos en la validación teórica y práctica de la propuesta, muestran su pertinencia y posibilidad de aplicación en beneficio del desarrollo psicomotor de los niños que transitan por el primer año de vida

    This research work addresses aspects related to the methodological training of the direct executors of the program educate your child, considering that there are limitations, in this order, that affect the performance of the stakeholders. objective is framed in the design of actions for the methodological training of the direct executors of this program, in the interest of improving the psychomotor stimulation of the Children of 0-1 year of life. The tasks envisaged to fulfill the investigation were developed in the municipality of Las Tunas, in the province of the same name, with the participation of 100 people who fulfil the functions of direct executors of the aforementioned program. The empirical evaluation of the actions for the methodological training directed to the direct executors of the program educate your son, from the results of the application of the different methods, techniques and instruments allows to infer the relevance and Feasibility of the proposal. The information was submitted to the corresponding statistical processing. The results obtained in the theoretical and practical validation of the proposal, show theirrelevance and possibility of application for the benefit of the psychomotor development of the children who travel for the first year of life.
