    La estimulación motivacional es un proceso a través del cual se incita a hacer brotar en nuestro interior un sentimiento de atracción hacia una determinada cuestión, y que genera y dirige nuestra conducta para la conquista de esa meta. El objetivo de esta investigación es elaborar un sistema de actividades dirigido al claustro de la carrera deLicenciatura de Derecho que les permita la utilización de mecanismos de estimulación motivacional en la pedagogía del Derecho. Dicho sistema ha sido aplicado en el Centro Universitario Municipal (CUM) Manuel Tames, logrando con ello propiciar la superación integral de los docentes, con vistas a potenciar su aporte al proceso docente educativo y obtener estudiantes con un alto grado de aprendizaje basados en conocimientos sólidos e investigativos, proyectados a obtener resultados positivos con la ayuda de su propia autonomía y liderazgo., lo cual los convierte en futuros graduados de las ciencias jurídicas mejor capacitados profesionalmente y atemperados con los requerimientos que la sociedad actual exige de ellos. Resumiendo, la estimulación motivacional constituye una herramienta para la mejor preparación de los docentes para intervenir de manera efectiva en la formación intelectual y afectiva de los educandos, en la creación de valores profesionales, morales y éticos indispensables para el desarrollo de su profesión y la formación de ciudadanos integrales, por otro lado es una vía fundamental que dentro del proceso de optimización de la enseñanza, contribuye a elevar la calidad de la educación.

    The stimulation motivacional is a process through which is incited to make sprout in our interior a feeling of attraction toward a certain question, and that it generates and it directs our behavior for the conquest of that goal. The objective of this investigation is toelaborate a system of activities directed to the cloister of the career of Licentiate of Right that allows them the use of mechanisms of stimulation motivacional in the pedagogy of the Right. This system has been applied in the Municipal University Center (CUM) Manuel Tames, achieving with it to propitiate the integral superación of the educational ones, with a view to potenciar its contribution to the educational educational process and to obtain students with a high learning degree based on solid and investigative knowledge, projected to obtain positive results with the help of its own autonomy andleadership., that which transforms them into graduate futures of the best juridical sciences qualified professionally and moderated with the requirements that the current society demands from them. Summarizing, the stimulation motivacional constitutes a tool for the best preparation in the educational ones to intervene in an effective way in the intellectual and affective formation of the educandos, in the creation of values professionals, moral and ethical indispensable for the development of its profession and the formation of integral citizens, on the other hand it is a fundamental road that insidethe process of optimization of the teaching, it contributes to elevate the quality of the education.
