    El profesional de la educación y específicamente de la especialidad Español-Literatura debe ser un comunicador eficiente, sin embargo, en la práctica pedagógica, a través de del estudio de documentos y la experiencia de la investigadora por 14 años, así como la participación en proyectos de investigación, se pudo constatar que los estudiantes de primer año de la carrera Español-Literatura presentan insuficiencias en la acústica articulatoria y auditiva; y su relación con el proceso de la comunicación; en el desarrollo de la relación grafía-fonema en los diferentes contextos comunicativos; y en el dominiode los requisitos de la buena escucha; por lo que esta investigación y su generalización permitió elevar el nivel de preparación de los futuros egresados.

    However, in the pedagogical practice, through the study of documents and the experience of the researcher for 14 years, as well as the participation in research projects, it was found that the first year students of the Spanish-Literature course present insufficiencies in the articulatory and auditory acoustics, and their relationshipwith the communication process; in the development of the grapheme-phoneme relationship in different communicative contexts; and in the mastery of the requirements of good listening; and their relationship with the communication process; in the development of the grapheme-phoneme relationship in the different communicativecontexts; and in the mastery of the requirements of good listening; so this research and its generalization allowed to raise the level of preparation of future graduates.
