Resumen de Infecção por SARS-COV-2: uma proposta de ensino investigativo sobre membrana plasmática com ferramentas digitais

  The approach to cytoplasmic membrane in high school is mainly through the use of textbooks as a teaching-learning tool. The use of Digital Information and Communication Technologies in the educational context is presented as a viable and effective alternative to the traditional teaching of plasma membranes, regarding its structure and cytological processes that involve it. In this work we propose an investigative activity for high school, having the problem situation the infection by SARS-COV-2, and with the use of a virtual guide to help the understanding of chemical signaling in the transport of the plasma membrane of the plasma membrane throughout the infection. of this pathogen and its clinical implications. The contextualized approach goes beyond the restricted teaching of cellular structures and processes, aiming at taking conscious actions for prevention and health promotion, in line with what the National Curricular Common Base for the area of ​​Natural Sciences and its technologies in high school, in addition to the notorious importance of the discipline of Biology in the context of the covid-19 pandemic in the promotion of individual and collective health.

  A abordagem sobre membrana citoplasmática no ensino médio se dá majoritariamente pelo uso do livro didático como ferramenta de ensino aprendizagem. A utilização de Tecnologias Digitais de Informação e Comunicação no contexto educacional se apresenta como alternativa viável e eficaz ao ensino tradicional de membranas plasmáticas, no que tange sua estrutura e processos citológicos que a envolvam. Neste trabalho propomos uma atividade investigativa para o ensino médio, tendo situação-problema a infecção pelo SARS-COV-2, e com o uso de guia virtual para auxiliar a compreensão da sinalização química nos transportes de membrana plasmática da membrana plasmática ao longo da infecção deste patógeno e suas implicações clínicas. A abordagem contextualizada excede ao ensino restrito de estruturas e processos celulares, visando a tomada de ações conscientes para a prevenção e a promoção à saúde, condizente ao que preconiza a Base Nacional Comum Curricular para área de Ciências da Natureza e suas tecnologias no ensino médio, além da notória importância da disciplina de Biologia no contexto da pandemia de covid-19 na promoção da saúde individual e coletiva.
