El objetivo de este trabajo es atender a la actividad del feminismo radical que viola el derecho fundamental de libertad religiosa. Este tipo de feminismo que apela más al odio que a la razón, que tiende al delito más que a la libertad de expresión, no suma en la lucha por la igualdad y tampoco defiende los derechos de todas las mujeres. Se comentan los delitos que estos grupos activistas cometen y se analizan las sentencias más relevantes sobre la cuestión.

The objective of this paper is to attend to radical feminism that violates the fundamental right of religious freedom. The feminism that appeals more to hatred than to reason, that tends to crime more than to freedom of expression, does not add to the fight for equality and does not defend the rights of all women. The crimes committed by these activist groups will be discussed and the most relevant sentences on the matter will be analyzed.
