Este trabajo, presenta el diseño de un modelo de Intervención para educar en valores a niños y jóvenes a través del fútbol. El estudio se llevó a cabo con jugadores de Fútbol Base del club Creativo F.C. de la cuidad de Bogotá. Se realizan dos fases, en las cuales en la primera fase se realizó un diagnósticoprevio, para poder lograr identificar el problema objeto de tratamiento, llegando así, a intervenir de manera directa los valores, a través del fútbol. En la segunda fase se creó y se puso en práctica un modelo de Intervención para educar en valores a niños y jóvenes, a través del fútbol, realizando un trabajo cualitativo y llegando a lograr una mejora en la práctica del deporte y en la formación integral de los jugadores intervenidos. En este proyecto se realiza unaaproximación al estudio de la educación y los valores. Además, se tratan los valores del deporte y su relación con el juego limpio, la deportividad y el deporte educativo, así como, la forma de evaluar dichos valores en el contexto de la actividad física y del deporte.

This paper presents the design of an intervention model to teach values to children and youth through football. The study was conducted with players from Creative Youth Football club FC of the city of Bogota. Two phases are performed in which the first phase in a previous diagnosis was made, to be able to identify the problem under treatment, thus leading to intervene directly in securities in football.
In the second phase it was created and implemented an intervention model to teach values to children and young people through football, making a qualitative work and coming to achieve an improvement in the sport and in the formation of players intervened.
This project takes an approach to the study of education and values. In addition, the values of sport and its relation to fair play, sportsmanship and educational sport, as well as how to evaluate these values in the context of physical activity and sport are treated.
