    El autor analiza pormenorizadamente las cifras de las principales magnitudes del juego online en la referencia de los datos incorporados en los últimos tres años (2019-2021) y los últimos trimestres de 2022 por los Informes trimestrales del mercado de juego online estatal y el Análisis del perfil del jugador online correspondiente al año 2021, publicados por la Dirección General de Ordenación de Juego en la perspectiva de la situación existente antes de la entrada en vigor del Real Decreto de Comunicaciones comerciales de las actividades de juego para determinar si las medidas que incorporan en restricción de la publicidad de juego se acomodan a la situación de la actividad de juego y han conseguido los objetivos pretendidos.

    The author analyzes in detail the figures of the main magnitudes of online gambling in the reference of the data incorporated in the last three years (2019-2021) and the last quarters of 2022 by the Quarterly Reports of the state online gambling market and the Analysis of the profile of the online player corresponding to the year 2021, published by the General Directorate for the Regulation of Gambling in the perspective of the situation existing before the entry into force of the Royal Decree of Commercial Communications of gambling activities to determine if the measures that incorporate in restriction of gambling advertising are adapted to the situation of the gambling activity and have achieved the intended objectives.
