    This article analyzes the neoconservative agenda of the Jair Bolsonaro government through a focused look at the proposal to reduce the age of criminal responsibility. The first section discusses the advancement of neoconservatism in the country with the apex of Bolsonaro in 2018 as its culmination. The second section addresses the reduction of the age of criminal responsibility as an important element of this neoconservative agenda. The third assesses how the Bolsonaro government handled the reduction of the age of criminal responsibility. Finally, the fourth section looks at the place of conservatism in the federal government from the Ministry of Women, Family and Human Rights led by conservative Damares Alves. It is concluded that the epicenter of conservative formulations in the Bolsonaro government is the Ministry of Damares Alves.

    O artigo analisa a agenda neoconservadora do governo Jair Bolsonaro a partir da proposta de redução da maioridade penal. A primeira seção discute o avanço do neoconservadorismo no país que tem como ápice a eleição de Bolsonaro em 2018. A segunda seção aborda a redução da maioridade penal como um importante elemento dessa agenda neoconservadora. A terceira avalia como o governo Bolsonaro tem lidado com a redução da maioridade penal. Por fim, a quarta seção observa o lugar do neoconservadorismo no governo federal a partir do Ministério da Mulher, da Família e dos Direitos Humanos, comandado por Damares Alves. Conclui-se que um dos principais centros da agenda neoconservadora no governo Bolsonaro é o Ministério da Mulher.
