  • Resumen
    • This article follows the trayectory of U.S. Ambassador Robert C. Hill and his connections with former President Richard M. Nixon and former Secretary of State Henry Kissinger from his Cold Warrior years to his break with the latter and his denunciation of human rights violations during Argentina's 'Dirty War' in his later years of service. While Kissinger continued to associate himself with human rights violators and supported military dictatorships in Latin America, Hill eventually distanced himself from that position
