    This article aims to analyze how the driving factors influence the use of mobile devices by students and the causal relationship of this use with the benefits generated. For that, an instrument was built, which was applied to 100 students from the administration course of a Federal Public University. During the data analysis, an exploratory factor analysis was initially performed using the SPSS software, through which the referred instrument was validated. Then, through the data already collected, a confirmatory factor analysis was carried out by modeling structural equations formed by driving factors and their influence on the use of mobile devices and the relationship of this use with benefits generated from it through the software. Smart PLS. As a result, two hypotheses regarding the driving factors and the use of mobile devices were accepted. Regarding the causal relationship between use and perceived benefits, all four hypotheses were accepted through the model. Concluding from this that the Cognitive aspect and the Teacher's Role influence students to use mobile devices in the classroom, being perceived from this the benefits of productivity, organization, autonomy and didactics.

    O presente artigo tem como objetivo analisar como os fatores impulsionadores influenciam o uso de dispositivos móveis pelos discentes e a relação causal deste uso com os benefícios gerados. Para tanto, construiu-se um instrumento, o qual foi aplicado a 100 discentes do curso de administração de uma Universidade Pública Federal. Durante a análise dos dados, foi realizada incialmente uma análise fatorial exploratória por meio do software SPSS, através da qual validou-se o referido instrumento. Na sequência, por meio dos dados já coletados, foi realizada uma análise fatorial confirmatória fazendo uso de uma modelagem de equações estruturais. Tal modelagem foi formada por fatores impulsionadores e sua influência no uso de dispositivos móveis e a relação deste uso com os benefícios gerados a partir dele por meio do software Smart PLS. Como resultados, foram aceitas as duas hipóteses referentes aos fatores impulsionadores e o uso de dispositivos móveis. No que tange a relação causal do uso com os benefícios percebidos, todas as quatro hipóteses foram aceitas através do modelo. Concluindo a partir disto que o aspecto cognitivo e o papel do professor influenciam os discentes a utilizar dispositivos móveis em sala de aula, sendo percebido a partir disto os benefícios de produtividade, organização, autonomia e didática.
