Resumen de Pederastia en la Iglesia y Defensor del Pueblo

En la actualidad están proliferando las acusaciones de pederastia en el seno de la Iglesia Católica. El problema es mundial y exige una inmediata solución. Se han ensayado algunas posibilidades de investigación de este crimen nefando, pero lo cierto es que hasta este momento no han proporcionado una respuesta adecuada y satisfactoria para las partes implicadas. Ante esta situación el Gobierno actual ha propuesto la participación del Defensor del Pueblo. El presente trabajo estudia esta posibilidad y sus implicaciones y defiende que esta institución no es la más adecuada para resolver el problema con eficacia.

Accusations of pedophilia are now proliferating within the Catholic Church. The problem is global and demands an immediate solution. Some possibilities of investigation of this nefarious crime have been tested but the truth is that until now they have not provided an adequate and satisfactory response for the parties involved. Faced with this situation, the current government has proposed the participation of the Ombudsman. The present work studies this possibility and its implications and argues that this institution is not the most appropriate to solve the problem effectively
