    • Due to consumer pressure, government regulations, and stakeholder demands, companies facechallenges in identifying the most useful practices and learning how these practices are related to eachother [1]. When approaching project management methods and tools in relation with a specific industry, itis important to be able to extract necessary information from existing standards. This paper offers apreliminary study on how relationships between OEMs and numerous suppliers are dealt with duringproject monitoring and controlling process in automotive projects according to the standards andavailable researches.
