COVID-19. Estrategias en la educación universitaria pública

    El objetivo fue examinar las estrategias implementadas en la transición de la educación presencial a la educación virtual como consecuencia del COVID-19, y evaluar la experiencia de los estudiantes Universitarios en el Estado de Veracruz en esta nueva modalidad. Se realizó una revisión y análisis de información además de una encuesta online para identificar debilidades en la modalidad virtual y así mejorar el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje. Se resaltan las limitaciones de los estudiantes a las tecnologías digitales, y su manifiesto de no encontrarse motivados para el aprendizaje. Sin embargo, externan que han desarrollado competencias digitales y afirman que los recursos proporcionados por la Universidad se están utilizando. El estudio sugiere que los actores involucrados deberán enfrentar retos y tomar las mejores decisiones para mejorar laeficiencia en la enseñanza virtual.

    The objective of this study is to examine the strategies that have been implemented in the transition from face-to-face education to virtual education as a consequence of COVID-19 and evaluate of the experience that University students are livingin the State of Veracruz in this new modality. A review and analysis of information was carried out, as well as an online survey to identify weaknesses in the virtual modality and thus improve the teaching-learning process. The limitations of students to digital technologies are highlighted, and their statement that they are not motivated to learn. However, they state that they have developed digital skills and affirm that the resources provided by the University are being used. The study suggests that the actors involved must face challenges and make the best decisions to improve the efficiency of virtual teaching
