    En este trabajo se analiza, desde la perspectiva procesal civil, uno de los problemas más frecuentes en situaciones de alquiler en zona turística como es el del subarriendo inconsentido para uso temporal; mecanismo habitualmente empleado por parte del arrendatario a fin de sufragar los gastos de alquiler con mayor facilidad y obtener unos ingresos extra adicionales. Es decir, aquella situación en la que el propietario de una vivienda arrienda la misma a un tercero para su uso permanente y es el arrendatario el que decide, sin consentimiento alguno del propietario del inmueble, subarrendarlo para uso turístico. En este estudio abordaremos los cauces legales y procesales civiles con los que cuenta el arrendador, propietario del inmueble, para recuperar la posesión del mismo y poner fin a esta irregular conducta por parte del arrendatario lo antes posible.

    This paper analyzes, from the civil perspective, one of the most frequent problems in rental situations in tourist areas such as the undercurrent of inconsensual for temporary use; mechanism usually employed by the tenant in order to cover rental expenses more easily and obtain additional extra income. That is, that situation in which the owner of a home leases it to a third party for permanent use and it is the tenant who decides. without the consent of the owner of the property, sublet it to a third party for tourist use. In this study we will address the legal and civil procedural channels available to the landlord, owner of the property, to recover possession of it and put an end to this irregular conduct by the tenant as soon as posible.
