El tumor de Buschke-Lowenstein es una patología tumoral benigna con afectación de la piel y las mucosas de la region genital, inguinal, perianal y anal, causado por el el Virus Papiloma Humano (HPV), por lo cual es considerada una enfermedad de transmisión sexual, que por su progresión alta y capacidad de recidiva es necesario realizar un diagnóstico temprano y oportuno para brindar al paciente un tratamiento adecuado, en el presente texto se presenta un caso de presentación atípica y su resolución de un tumor de Buschke-Lowenstein en un paciente masculino.

The Buschke-Lowenstein tumor is a benign tumor pathology that affects the skin and mucous membranes of the genital, inguinal, perianal and anal regions, caused by the Human Papilloma Virus (HPV), for which it is considered a transmission disease. due to its high progression and recurrence capacity, it is necessary to make an early and timely diagnosis to provide the patient with adequate treatment. In this text we present a case of atypical presentation and its resolution of a Buschke-Lowenstein tumor in a male patient.
