Resumen de Variables relacionadas con el alcance de metas y de metas laborales: una comparación

    La motivación desde enfoques diversos ha tenido aplicación en el ámbito laboral y escolar. Las metas son la representación cognitiva de aquello que se quiere alcanzar. En este estudio exploratorio se compararon las atribuciones efectuadas en metas y metas laborales, según la teoría motivacional de la atribución. La muestra no probabilística fue de 127 hombres y mujeres de Veracruz y Distrito Federal, entre 20 y 70 años, a quienes se aplicó un cuestionario con seis preguntas abiertas. Los datos se analizaron con estadística descriptiva. Los resultados coincidieron con la literatura, se atribuyó perseverancia al actor, realismo y logros a las metas. También se consideraron la participación del ambiente, recursos económicos y personas. Exceptuando el ambiente, hubo parecido en las atribuciones de las metas y metas laborales.AbstractMotivation has several applications in educational, and in labor sceneries. Goals are a cognitive representation about what people want to achieve. This exploratory research, according to the theory of motivation from an attributional perspective, pretends to compare attributions of goals, and labor goals. 127 men, and women from Veracruz, and Mexico City, from 20 to 70 years old was the non-probabilistic sample. They answer a questionnaire with six open questions. Statistical analysis consist in descriptive statistics. Results agreed to literature, when individuals attribute persistence to actor; realistic, and achievement to goals. They also considered participation of environment, money, and persons in order to goal attainment. Except environment, all other attributions about goals, and labor goals were alike.
