  Artículo publicado en octubre de 1995.Este investigación estudia la existencia del compromiso dual en una muestra de 201 empleados organizados sindicalmente en una corporación pública de Puerto Rico. El instrumento usado fue la escala de Compromiso Organizacional y Ia escala de Compromiso Sindical. Los resultados demostraron que existe un compromiso dual en la muestra pero no demostraron una diferencia significativa entre el género, la edad, el nivel académico, el estado civil y el compromiso dual.SummaryThis investigation studies the existence of dual commitment in a sample of 201 employees which belong to a labor union in one of the public corporations of Puerto Rico.
