    En este breve análisis, desde dos institutos de la Facultad de Derecho de la Universidad Nacional de Rosario, como son el Programa: “Discapacidad y Derechos Humanos”, de la Secretaría de Extensión; y el Área: “Discapacidad y Derechos Humanos”, del Centro de Investigaciones en Derecho de la vejez, reflexionaremos acerca del rol del sistema Braille en la educación superior argentina, tomando como ejemplo a la ciudad de Rosario, desde el punto de vista de la Teoría Trialista del Mundo Jurídico, a través del análisis de tres dimensiones: una social, una normativa y una valorativa. Las que demuestran que el Braille es poco utilizado, la legislación no es cumplida y la justicia como criterio orientador del Derecho no es respetada.

    In this brief analysis, from two institutes of the Faculty of Law of the National University of Rosario, such as the Program: "Disability and Human Rights", of the Secretariat of Extension; and the Area: “Disability and Human Rights”, of the Center for Research in Old Age Law, we will reflect on the role of the Braille system in the Argentinean Higher Education, taking as an example the city of Rosario, from the point of view of the (Trialist Theory of the Juridical World / Trialist Theory of Law”), through the analysis of three dimensions: social, normative and evaluative. Those that show that Braille is underused, the legislation is not fulfilled and justice as a guiding principle of law is not respected.
