  En el presente estudio se realiza un análisis sobre la Inteligencia Artificial en el ámbito jurídico administrativo español. Se abordará su conceptualización y regulación existente. Al mismo tiempo nos planteamos cuales son los límites principales a los que esta nueva tecnología tiene que hacer frente en su aplicación práctica. Para ello se realizará un examen de la normativa, doctrina y jurisprudencia existentes sobre la materia.

  In the present study, an analysis of Artificiallntelligence in the Spanish legal-administrative field is carried out. Its conceptuaTization and existing regulation will be addressed. At the same time we consider what are the main limits that this new technology has to face in its practical application.
  
  For this, an examination of the existing regulations, doctrine and jurisprudence on the matter will be carried out.
