    La esfera de los tumores urológicos comprende diferentes tipos tumorales (fundamentalmente, cáncer de próstata, cáncer de vejiga-urotelio, cáncer renal y tumores testiculares) en los que, aparte de los tratamientos locorregionales con intención radical, como son la cirugía y la radioterapia, pueden encontrarse todas las modalidades de tratamiento sistémico: quimioterapia, tratamiento hormonal, terapia dirigida e inmunoterapia. En este contexto de pandemia por la COVID- 19, debemos emplear todas estas estrategias para maximizar el beneficio que ofrecemos, a la vez que reducimos todo lo posible el riesgo de infección y sus complicaciones de esta. En este capítulo se resume la evidencia disponible a este respecto.

    The field of urologic oncology comprises different types of tumors (mainly prostate cancer, bladder-urothelial can- cer, and renal cancer and germ cell tumors) in which, apart from locoregional therapies like surgery and radiotherapy, we may find different modalities of systemic therapy: chemo- therapy, hormonal treatment, targeted therapy and immuno- therapy. In the situation of COVID-19 pandemic, we must maximize the benefit we offer to patients, as well as reduce as much as possible the risk of having COVID-19 infection or any complications related to it. In this chapter we summarize the available evidence regarding this issue.
