    El objetivo de este trabajo fue determinar la importancia del desarrollo de las habilidades comunicativas en los docentes del Instituto de Nivelación y Admisión. Así mismo, la metodología que se consideró en esta investigación fue de tipo descriptiva, basándose en una revisión documental que permitió la identificación del objeto estudiado. La compilación de la información se efectuó a través de varios motores de búsqueda que facilitan la obtención de trabajos académicos- científicos desarrollados como: Google académico, RedALyC y SciELO. Desde esta perspectiva se analizaron los resultados teóricos establecidos por diferentes investigadores acorde al tema en estudio, conociendo de mejor manera que las habilidades comunicativas son significativas para el proceso de formación académica, y fortalecer el conocimiento previo procediendo a adquirir nuevas teorías fundamentadas para mejorar la participación docente. Finalmente, este trabajo se enfocó en ofrecer información de la importancia del desarrollo de las habilidades comunicativas, permitiendo al docente adquirir información relevante que fortalezca su práctica dentro del aula, lo que facilita el aprendizaje de sus estudiantes

    The objective of this work was to determine the importance of the development of the communicative skills in the teachers of the Institute of Leveling and Admission. Likewise, the methodology considered in this research was descriptive, based on a documentary review that allowed the identification of the object studied. The compilation of the information was carried out through several search engines that facilitate the obtaining of academic-scientific works developed such as: Google Scholar, RedALyC and SciELO. From this perspective, the theoretical results established by different researchers were analyzed according to the topic under study, knowing in a better way that the communicative skills are significant for the academic training process, and strengthening the previous knowledge proceeding to acquire new grounded theories to improve the teaching participation. Finally, this work focused on providing information on the importance of the development of communication skills, allowing teachers to acquire relevant information that strengthens their practice in the classroom, which facilitates the learning of their students
