Resumen de Experiencias en la formación laboral investigativa de los estudiantes de la carrera Licenciatura en Educación-Logopedia

La disciplina Formación Laboral Investigativa constituye la columna central en la formación de profesionales competentes para ofrecer atención logopédica integral a educandos con necesidades en la comunicación y el lenguaje, es la encargada de orientar para los diferentes años académicos la concepción del trabajo dirigido a la formación laboral investigativa en correspondencia con los objetivos del año, lo cual se concreta en los programas analíticos de las asignaturas. A través del artículo se socializan los principales resultados obtenidos en la cohorte 2017-2018 a 2020-2021, en la Sede “Félix Varela Morales” de la Universidad Central “Marta Abreu” de Las Villas, mediante la utilización del análisis cualitativo de diferentes documentos que revelaron logros significativos en la motivación, profesional; desarrollo de habilidades para la dirección del proceso de atención logopédica integral y desarrollo de las habilidades investigativas. Se arriba a conclusiones generalizadoras.

The Investigative Labor Training discipline constitutes the central column in the training of competent professionals to offer comprehensive speech therapy to students with needs in communication and language, it is in charge of guiding the conception of work aimed at job training for the different academic years. research in correspondence with the objectives of the year, which is specified in the analytical programs of the subjects. Through the article, the main results obtained in the 2017-2018 to 2020-2021 cohort are socialized, at the "Félix Varela Morales" Headquarters of the "Marta Abreu" Central University of The Villas, through the use of qualitative analysis of different documents that revealed significant achievements in motivation, professional; development of skills for the management of the comprehensive speech therapy process and development of research skills. It reaches general conclusions.
