  En su reflexión sobre la injusticia testimonial, Miranda Fricker se centra siempre en el oyente. Es el oyente quien, en virtud de un prejuicio, comete la injusticia testimonial contra el hablante al darle menos credibilidad de la que merece. Mi propósito en este ensayo es analizar una forma paralela de injusticia testimonial que va en la dirección contraria, del hablante hacia el oyente. Trataré de caracterizar la estructura interna de este tipo de injusticia y esbozaré algunas de las formas que puede tomar. Luego exploraré algunas consecuencias de esta clase de injusticia testimonial por parte del hablante.

  Miranda Fricker always focuses on the hearer in her account of testimonial injustice. It is the hearer who, in virtue of a prejudice, commits testimonial injustice against the speaker by giving her less credibility than she deserves. My purpose in this paper is to analyse a parallel type of testimonial injustice that runs in the opposite di- rection, from the speaker to the hearer. I characterise the inner structure of this type of injustice and sketch some of the forms it can take. Then I explore some consequences of this kind of testimonial injustice by the speaker.
