    El presente libro coordinado por los autores citados propone un excelente análisis sobre los efectos de la pandemia en países latinoamericanos como Brasil, Argentina, Chile, Perú y México. Esta obra está dividida en tres apartados: El Estado y la acumulación por la pandemia, La reorganización de la vida inmediata durante la pandemia y Resistencias y contradicciones socioculturales. Bajo estas rutas de trabajo podemos observar un minucioso análisis investigativo sobre el coronavirus, quizás considerada actualmente como la madre de todas las crisis que ha conocido la humanidad. Los tiempos de pandemia en Latinoamérica han sido considerados caóticos y pensados como una guerra de salud contra un ejército invisible; hablamos de una simple metáfora frente a un escenario dramático y con un horizonte sombrío. Esto nos lleva a generar un reforzamiento del control social y la seguridad sanitaria donde el cambio de lo que conocíamos como una vida cotidiana a partir de esta guerra de salud estaría por cambiar completamente y nos llevaría a la urgencia de prepararnos para enfrentar de la mejor forma posible o reorganizar nuestras actividades sociales, políticas, económicas y educativas. Con todo ellos surge el distanciamiento sanitario establecido por cada uno de los gobiernos como una medida de prevención ante los posibles contagios, lo que nos lleva a una encrucijada más, hablamos de que este aislamiento nos permite priorizar la sobrevivencia del mayor número de vidas posibles, pero nos lleva al freno casi total de la economía de los países latinoamericanos generado por la pandemia.

    This book, coordinated by the aforementioned authors, offers an excellent analysis of the effects of the pandemic in Latin American countries such as Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Peru, and Mexico. This work is divided into three sections: The State and the accumulation due to the pandemic, The reorganization of immediate life during the pandemic, and Resistance and sociocultural contradictions. Under these work routes we can observe a detailed investigative analysis of the coronavirus, perhaps currently considered the mother of all crises that humanity has known. The times of pandemic in Latin America have been considered chaotic and thought of as a health war against an invisible army; We are talking about a simple metaphor in front of a dramatic scene with a gloomy horizon. This leads us to generate a reinforcement of social control and health security where the change of what we knew as daily life from this health war would be about to change completely and would lead us to the urgency of preparing ourselves to face in the best way possible or reorganize our social, political, economic and educational activities. With all of them, the sanitary distancing established by each of the governments arises as a preventive measure against possible contagion, which leads us to one more crossroads, we talk about that this isolation allows us to prioritize the survival of the largest possible number of lives, but it leads us to the almost total brake on the economy of Latin American countries generated by the pandemic.
