Abordaremos la reforma operada por el Real Decreto Ley 32/2021 de 28 de diciembre de medidas urgentes para la reforma laboral, la garantía de estabilidad en el empleo y la trans-formación del mercado de trabajo en los artículos 15 y 16 del Texto Refundido del Estatuto de los Trabajadores como instrumento de fomento de la contratación indefinida y de lucha contra la precariedad del mercado de trabajo.

We will address the reform operated by Royal Decree Law 32/2021 of December 28 on urgent measures for labor reform, the guarantee of employment stability and the transformation of the labor market in articles 15 and 16 of the Consolidated Text of the Statute of Workers as an ins-trument to promote indefinite contracts and fight against the precariousness of the labor market.
