    El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo general, establecer la relación entre la atención y el aprendizaje en el área de Comunicación en una Institución Educativa, Lima - 2019. Dicha investigación es de carácter cuantitativo, de tipo básico y diseño correlacional. La población de estudio fue de 77 y la muestra de 67 docentes del nivel secundaria. Para la recolección de información se aplicó la técnica de la encuesta siendo el instrumento utilizado el cuestionario, aplicando previamente una prueba piloto para determinar la confiabilidad mediante el Alfa de Cronbach. Posteriormente del estudio minucioso e interpretación de los resultados y conclusiones de la contrastación de las hipótesis, se arribó a la siguiente conclusión: Existe relación significativa entre atención y el aprendizaje en el área de Comunicación, habiéndose obtenido en la prueba de correlación un p= ,000 y un rho= ,703.

    The objective of this research work is to establish the relationship between attention and learning in the area of Communication in an Educational Institution, Lima - 2019. ”This research is quantitative, of a basic type and correlational design. The study population was 77 and the sample of 67 teachers of the secondary level. For the collection of information, the survey technique was applied, the questionnaire being the instrument used, previously applying a pilot test to determine the reliability using Cronbach’s Alpha.
