Resumen de Integración de los valores del paisaje urbano residencial de la CAPV en la gestión y ordenación territorial

  Parte del territorio requiere una regeneración urbana, como los barrios residenciales de 1950-1975que respondieron a la demanda de vivienda masiva. Hoy, estos desarrollos necesitan rehabilitarse yadecuarse a estándares de calidad, por lo que la imagen de la ciudad se está viendo modificada. Anteesto, la Cátedra UNESCO de Paisajes Culturales y Patrimonio (UPV/EHU) y el Dpto. de PlanificaciónTerritorial, Vivienda y Transportes de Gobierno Vasco han elaborado una Guía de Paisaje tomando comomuestra varias ciudades vascas para extraer los valores paisajísticos a proteger y problemas a subsanar.

  Part of the territory require urban regeneration such as the residential neighborhoods of 1950-1975 that responded to the demand for mass housing. Today, these developments need to be rehabilitatedand adapted to quality standards, so the image of the city is being modified. Thus, the UNESCO Chair on Cultural Landscapes and Heritage (UPV/EHU) and the Department of Territorial Planning, Housing and Transport of the Basque Government have prepared a Landscape Guide taking as sample several Basque cities to extract the landscape values to protect and problems to correct.
