Resumen de Transferring methods and rituals from software engineer to everyday educational life in pandemic scenarios

M. Ulm, H. Schwab, E. Krainz

  • Time is changing rapidly in pandemic situations like currently in corona crises 2020. Everybody has to change his behavior with new or other methods and rituals of daily life, almost at Home(-Office). Methods and rituals which were not possible or were discussed between lecturers and students, or discussed by companies and employees, before a pandemic began, became a possible new standard, extension or replacement of educational and/or work processes. In authors opinion not everybody has to change methods and rituals, because those new adaptions or changes in almost every company, school or university are already standards of a few domains. Software engineers and developers already working and learning in Home-Offices, are already organized for digital communications and some of employees in the field of computer science saw a company’s office inside only a couple of times per week, per month or per year. The authors try to transfer successful methods and rituals to possible learning and also working scenarios. The authors also include experiences of more than 15 years of distance and e-learning.
