    El presente artículo pretende ofrecer un breve resumen sobre el escenario que ha supuesto la salida del Reino Unido de la Unión Europea, lo que se ha denominado Brexit, desde el punto de vista de la Seguridad Social. Es un resumen de las cuestiones relativas a la Seguridad Social, en los instrumentos normativos alcanzados, resultado de las difíciles y tensas negociaciones entre las partes implicadas: el Acuerdo sobre la retirada del Reino Unido de Gran Bretaña e Irlanda del Norte de la Unión Europea y de la Comunidad Europea de la Energía Atómica y el Acuerdo de Comercio y Cooperación entre la Unión Europea ya la Comunidad Europea de la Energía Atómica, por una parte, y el Reino Unido de Gran Bretaña e Irlanda del Norte.

    This article aims to offer a brief summary of the situation due to the exit of the United Kingdom from the European Union, which has been called Brexit, from the point of view of Social Security. It is a synopsis of the issues related to Social Security, in the normative instruments rea-ched, as a result of the difficult and tense negotiations between the parties involved: Agreement on the withdrawal of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland from the Euro-pean Union and the European Atomic Energy Community and Trade and Cooperation Agreement between the European Union and the European Atomic Energy community, of the one part, and the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, of the other part.
