    La presente investigación se realiza con el objetivo revelar la importancia de realizar una auditoría de identidad e imagen, se concreta se ejemplificación en la Empresa Eléctrica Provincial Sancti Spíritus, la mayor entidad prestadora de servicio en el territorio. Constituye una investigación de carácter cualitativo, de tipo descriptivo, no experimental. Para la realización de la investigación se seleccionó una muestra, de directivos, trabajadores y una selección variada del público externo. La investigación constituye una primera aproximación a la identidad e imagen del centro y, para ello, se desarrolló el trabajo de campo en la propia instalación. Esta investigación aporta información obtenida de forma científica, los resultados del estudio son fiables y podrán ser utilizados por la institución sujeto de estudio como base para conformar sus futuras estrategias.

    The present investigation is carried out with the objective of revealing the importance of conducting an identity and image audit, it is specified in exemplification in the Sancti Spíritus Provincial Electric Company, the largest service provider entity in the territory. It constitutes a qualitative, descriptive, non-experimental investigation. To carry out the research, a sample of managers, workers and a varied selection of the external public was selected. The research constitutes a first approach to the identity and image of the center and, for this, field work was developed in the facility itself. This research provides information obtained in a scientific way, the results of the study are reliable and may be used by the institution under study as a basis to shape their future strategies.
