    La Fédération Française de Spéléologie celebró sus 50 años. Para celebrar dicho evento realizamos una exposición en la zona del Viaducto de Millau, en la sala de exposiciones del Conseil Général de l’Aveyron. La gran mayoría de los turistas hacen una parada para admirar la vista del Viaducto. Los turistas que acceden a la zona en la ciudad de Millau son más de un millón de visitantes cada año. La exposición se basó en el mural panorámico «La Fresque» compuesto por imágenes de las cuevas más representativas del mundo formando una “topofotografía” con una medida de 9x2 metros en alta resolución. Esta gran imagen compuesta por más de310 fotos, invita a un “viaje bajo el horizonte”. Cuevas de hielo en Austria, buceo en cenotes de México, la Grotte Chauvet y el arte parietal, los ríos subterráneos de Cuba, las cuevas de las mina de Naica (México) y Cerdeña y las cavidades de nuestras regiones Mediterráneas. El viaje da una visión general de la diversidad y la riqueza de este “mundo oculto”. La ilustración ha sido realizada por Víctor Ferrer quién ha participado con su archivo de imágenes de cuevas de España, Francia e Italia. Michel Renda y Antonio Danieli también han aportado el archivo de La Salle 3D International Team. Gracias a fotógrafos y asociaciones que han aportado puntualmente otras imágenes hemos podido completar nuestra idea y transformarla en una herramienta didáctica.

    The Fédération Française de Spéléologie has been celebrated its 50 years of fundation. To commemorate the event we made a special display in the area of the Millau Viaduct in the exhibition hall of the Conseil Général de l’Aveyron. The majority of tourists visiting the area stop and admire the view of the famous Viaduct. Tourists at the city of Millau are more than a million per year. The exhibition was based on a panoramic mural we named “The Fresque” composed by some of the most representative images from different caves of the world forming all together like “photosurvey profil” with 9x2 meters size and high resolution picture (HQ). This great image composed of more than 310 photos invites to a “trip into the horizon.” Ice Caves in Austria, diving into the cenotes of Mexico, the Grotte Chauvet and the prehistoric cave art, underground rivers of Cuba, the mine caves of Naica (Mexico) and Sardinia and the cavities of our Mediterranean regions. The trip gives an overview of the diversity and richness of this “hidden world”. Victor Ferrer who was involved with the image file caves of Spain, France and Italy made the illustration. Michel Renda Antonio Danieli alo provided for the task the photo archive of La Salle International Team 3D. Thanks to photographers and associations that have timely submitted other images we were able to transform our idea into a real and useful educational tool.
