This research is of the type: descriptive, diachronic, quantitative, hardworking, not experimental - sectional or transactional or cross street. The lens is to know as the Sustainability of the Aquatic and Terrestrial Biodiversity, is influenced by a net of information of the Region Ucayali, and his degree of corresponding dependence among them. The used materials were: bibliographical, documentary files, as well as also instruments of measure of compilation of information. The scientific developed method was supported by the methods: analytical - synthetic, comparative, descriptive - explanatory and inductive - deductive. A computer system has implemente droute it self web www.ribatucayali.com, by means of the analysis and design with application of the UMLin the RUP, SQL Server as manager of the database and technology J2EE as language of programming. The population was included by the inhabitants of the districts of Calleria, Manantay and Yarinacocha, whose polled sample was of 384, the method being applied probabilistic and the sampling polietápico. In addition one interviewed 50 interacts and 6 specialists in biodiversity of the region Ucayali. The results show that the net of information (access and disadvantages) it is influenced by the sustainability of development (Sub Systems: Social, Economic, Institutional and Environmental) of the aquatic and terrestrial biodiversity of the Region Ucayali. One concludes that the loss not only of populations but potentially of the aquatic and terrestrial biodiversity, it needs urgently of attention and pertinent shares. The introduction and system maintenance of information by means of computer nets of monitoring and frequent censuses of the populations of the aquatic and terrestrial biodiversity is fundamental as an initial step towards the sustainability of this group.
