Resumen de Otiorhynchus flavimanus Stierlin, 1861 redescubierto en Cerdeña, y notas sobre su distribución real (Coleoptera: Curculionidae)

  Se informa sobre el reciente hallazgo de Otiorhynchus (Arammichnus) flavimanus Stierlin en el pequeño islote de Isola del Toro, Cerdeña, después de unos 160 años desde su descripción. Este es el primer dato de localidad preciso que lleva a excluir la presencia de esta especie en la Italia peninsular.

  Is here reported the recent finding of Otiorhynchus (Arammichnus) flavimanus Stierlin in the small islet of Isola del Toro, Sardinia after some 160 years from its description. This is the first precise locality datum which lead to exclude the presence of this species from peninsular Italy.
