Atendimento educacional especializado na educação infantil para estudantes com deficiência visual no CAP/CEBRAV de Goiânia-GO

    The present research aims to understand how Specialized Educational Assistance (AEE) is provided for students with visual impairments in early childhood education at CAP/CEBRAV. For data collection, photographic records and a semistructured interview developed with two professors from the institution were used. Furthermore, we carried out a documentary research, analyzing the Political Pedagogical Project and the Child Education Project of the institution. The documents and interviews carried out with the AEE teachers were analyzed using the Content Analysis procedure, in the perspective of Bardin (2011). Theoretically, we base ourselves on the studies of Bruno (2006); Sá, Campos and Silva (2007); Soares (2014); Santos (2016) among others. As a result, we highlight the importance of tactile stimulation work, introduction to the Braille system and guidance and mobility carried out by the institution in order to provide the child's autonomy, self-confidence and independence in activities of daily living. Furthermore, the work developed at CAP/CEBRAV, both in relation to the continuing education of teachers, through the training courses offered by the institution, and in the attempt to provide the inclusion of children with visual impairments in all contexts of their life in society, it has been in line with what is advocated by public policies that guide specialized educational service at the national level. Finally, the need for greater involvement of families with the work developed in the AEE is highlighted, in addition to the need for the regular education teacher to be more available to carry out the work in partnership with the researched institution.

    A presente pesquisa objetiva compreender como se dá o Atendimento Educacional Especializado (AEE) para o aluno com deficiência visual na educação infantil no CAP/CEBRAV. Para coleta de dados, foram utilizados registros fotográficos e entrevista semiestruturada desenvolvida com duas docentes da instituição. Ademais, realizamos uma pesquisa documental, analisando o Projeto Político Pedagógico e o Projeto da Educação Infantil da instituição. Os documentos e as entrevistas realizadas com as professoras do AEE foram analisados tendo por procedimento a Análise de Conteúdo, na perspectiva de Bardin (2011). Teoricamente, embasamo-nos nos estudos de Bruno (2006); Sá, Campos e Silva (2007); Soares (2014); Santos (2016) entre outros. Como resultados, destacamos a relevância do trabalho de estimulação tátil, de introdução ao sistema Braille e de orientação e mobilidade realizado pela instituição no sentido de proporcionar a autonomia da criança, sua autoconfiança e independência nas atividades de vida diária. Outrossim, o trabalho desenvolvido no CAP/CEBRAV, tanto em relação à formação continuada de professores, mediante os cursos de capacitação oferecidos pela instituição, quanto na tentativa de proporcionar a inclusão da criança com deficiência visual em todos os contextos de sua vida em sociedade, tem acontecido em consonância com o que é preconizado pelas políticas públicas que norteiam o atendimento educacional especializado em âmbito nacional. Por fim, destaca-se a necessidade de um maior envolvimento de algumas famílias com o trabalho desenvolvido no AEE, além da necessidade de o professor do ensino regular ter maior disponibilidade de tempo para a realização do trabalho de parceria com a instituição pesquisada.
