Resumen de O fazer verdadeiro e a transição de governo na construção da Base Nacional Comum Curricular: um documento também político

  The study of a persuasion strategy between enunciator and enunciatee in discourses reveals the true doing of the resources in the language employed, which one desires to produce through strategies. Based on the published versions of the Brazilian Common Curriculum (BNCC), the three versions provided for public consultation (2015, 2016, 2017a) and the official one (2017b), we would like to analyze how the enunciator appropriates language, within a manipulation stance, established between the enunciator and the receiver. In each version, there is an establishing of make-belief through a true doing. We would also like to emphasize how the transition of the administration modifies the structure and perspectives given in each version. In other words, the BNCC may be acknowledged as the result of political stance and not merely the product of a collective construction, or rather, how the enunciator tries to persuade the enunciatee. Semiotic, French mode, will foreground discussions so that we may have an in-depth knowledge on how the subjects of the enunciation, enunciator and enunciatee, project themselves and are related.

  Estudar o jogo de persuasão entre enunciador e enunciatário nos possibilita reconhecer, nos discursos, o fazer verdadeiro que se quer produzir por meio de estratégias, dos recursos de linguagem utilizados. Nesse sentido, tomando as versões publicadas da Base Nacional Comum Curricular (BNCC) como objeto de estudo - três versões apresentadas para consulta pública (2015, 2016, 2017a), mais a versão homologada (2017b) – nosso intuito é reconhecer como o enunciador se apropria da linguagem no jogo de manipulação estabelecido entre ele e seu enunciatário, buscando, em cada versão, estabelecer um fazer crer, por meio de um fazer verdadeiro. Nosso propósito, ainda, é evidenciar como a transição de governo vai resultar em modificações na estrutura, perspectivas adotadas em cada versão apresentada, levando-nos a reconhecer a BNCC como fruto de posicionamentos políticos, e não apenas o resultado de uma construção coletiva, como o enunciador busca convencer seu enunciatário.  Assim, para ancorar nossas discussões, recorremos à Semiótica, de linha francesa, a fim de estudarmos como se projetam e se relacionam os sujeitos da enunciação, enunciador e enunciatário do discurso.
