Resumen de Colonialidad y descolonialidad en el paisaje latinoamericano

Se plantea que la noci ́on de paisaje en Latinoam ́erica admite el binomio utop ́ıa/cat ́astrofe como condici ́on deposibilidad de ser, mediante un sistema de las ideas arraigado en la muerte y el sacrificio. Con el objeto deexpandir, replantear y re-semantizar las estructuras fundantes de lo colonial en el paisaje latinoamericano,se revisan los supuestos constituyentes de dicho engranaje. Para ello, se examina el polo epist ́emico y elontol ́ogico. Primero, se recoge la epistemolog ́ıa del paisaje seg ́un sus lugares geogr ́aficos de enunciaci ́on, suscampos disciplinares y sus componentes semiol ́ogicos. Luego, a partir de la cr ́ıtica descolonial, se analiza elorden ontol ́ogico mediante dos n ́ucleos de sentido: la racionalidad vida-muerte y la racionalidad medio-fin.Durante este estudio, ambas racionalidades ser ́an hermen ́euticas fundantes de cualquier expresi ́on delser/saber/poder, por lo tanto, tambi ́en del paisaje. Finalmente, se esbozan algunas alternativas para repensarel paisaje desde los marcos contextuales de la regi ́on. Con todo, se pretende resituar y problematizar elconcepto dentro de la arquitectura de la diferencia colonial del conquistador, cuya hegemon ́ıa contin ́uaarticulando c ́omo nos relacionamos con nuestro entorno, lo humano y lo no-humano. Adem ́as, se esperaavanzar hacia una teor ́ıa renovada del paisaje que permita observar sus utop ́ıas en conflicto.

It is proposed that the notion of landscape in Latin America admits the binomial utopia/catastrophe as acondition of possibility of being, through a system of ideas rooted in death and sacrifice. In order to expand,rethink and re-semanticize the founding structures of the colonial in the Latin American landscape, the mainassumptions of this gear are to be reviewed. For this, the epistemic and ontological poles are examined.First, the epistemology of the landscape is collected according to its geographical places of enunciation, itsdisciplinary fields and its semiological components. Then, based on decolonial criticism, the ontological orderis analyzed through two meaning guidelines: the life-death rationality and the means-end rationality. Duringthis study, both rationalities will be founding hermeneutics of any expression of being/knowledge/power,therefore, also of the landscape. Finally, some alternatives are to be outlined to rethink the landscape withinthe contextual frameworks of the region. Through this, it is intended to relocate and problematize the conceptwithin the architecture of the colonial difference of the conqueror, whose hegemony continues to articulatehow we relate to our environment, the human and the non-human. In addition, it is expected to advancetowards a renewed theory of the landscape that allows us to observe its conflicting utopias
