  La presente investigación parte del problema científico: insuficiencias en el comportamiento del estudiante de Medicina, con respecto a las relaciones sociales e interpersonales, que limitan su proyección humana en el contexto socio profesional, definiéndose como objeto de investigación, el proceso de formación socio-humanista del estudiante de Medicina. Para la comprensión y transformación de este proceso, luego de su fundamentación epistemológica, análisis histórico tendencial y caracterización de su estado actual, se aporta un modelo de la dinámica interactiva del autodesarrollo personal profesional, acompañado de un método de formación humana profesional en y desde el autodesarrollo personal, como contribuciones teóricas en las cuales se sustenta la metodología propuesta.PALABRAS CLAVE: formación humana; formación socio-humanista; autodesarrollo personal; potencialidades formativas.

  SOCIO-HUMANISTIC FORMATION OF THE MEDICINE STUDENT: THEORETICAL-PRACTICAL CONTRIBUTIONSABSTRACTThe present investigation starts from the scientific problem that reveals insufficiencies in the behavior of the Medicine student, with respect to social and interpersonal relationships, which limit their human projection in the socio-professional context, defining as investigation object: the socio-humanistic formation of the medical student. For the understanding and transformation of this process, after its epistemological foundation, historical trend analysis and characterization of its current state, a model of the interactive dynamics of professional personal self-development is provided, accompanied by a method of professional human formation in and from the personal self-development, as theoretical contributions in which the proposed methodology for the empowerment of this training process in the medical student is sustained.KEYWORDS: human formation; socio-humanistic formation; personal self-development; formative potential.
